eNovator is a Web-based, modular solution that provides project and portfolio management (PPM), quality management, training management, and an electronic lab notebook. The integrated nature of eNovator ensures information is easily accessible from any module, and business processes can be managed across different modules.

Results
KineMatik selected ILOG JViews Gantt to extend the power of eNovator and its portfolio management module. eNovator PPM presents project information in a Gantt chart view, and it allows project resources or managers to navigate to any project activity, task, or milestone by simply clicking on an item in the Gantt chart. Information can be updated in real time, and the updates dynamically roll-up to the associated project dashboards and reports. This gives project managers and the executive team an accurate, up to date view of any project or program in real time.

Technical
eNovator is a 100 percent Web-based solution. To get the best balance of performance and functionality, KineMatik implemented ILOG JViews Gantt as a Java applet within the project and portfolio management module.
