Michel Alard
Wavecom S.A
Michel Alard has served as an ILOG director since July 2000. He is chairman of the board of directors of Wavecom S.A., which he cofounded in 1993. Previously, he was a project manager at Matra Communications. Alard earned degrees from Ecole Polytechnique in 1976 and from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Télécommunications in 1978.

Marie-Claude Bernal
Esker S.A.
Marie-Claude Bernal has served as an ILOG director since December 2000. She is chairman of the supervisory board of Esker S.A. From 1979 until December 2000 she was a senior vice president, partner and international equity portfolio manager at Wellington Management Company in Boston.
Bernal earned a degree in finance and accounting from Haut Enseignement Commercial pour les Jeunes Filles in 1967, and an MBA from the University of Chicago in 1971.

Pascal Brandys
Biobank
Pascal Brandys has served as an ILOG director since September 1998. He is president of Biobank, a global life sciences investment company that he cofounded in 2000. Previously, Brandys was chairman of the board of directors and chief executive officer of Genset S.A., which he co-founded in 1989. He is a director of Ceres Inc. and several private biotechnology companies.
Brandys graduated from the Ecole Polytechnique in 1980. He earned an MS in economic systems from Stanford University in 1982, and an MS in civil engineering from the Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées in 1983.

Marc Fourrier

Marc Fourrier has served as an ILOG director since April 1987. He is president of Delphis, a holding company that specializes in the creation and development of innovative companies. From 1988 until June 1997, Fourrier was a principal of Cleversys S.A., a consulting firm that specialized in information technology. He is also a director of Wavecom S.A.
Fourrier earned engineering degrees from Ecole Polytechnique in 1976 and Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées in 1978, and an MS from MIT in 1978.

Pierre Haren
ILOG S.A.
Pierre Haren is chairman and chief executive officer of ILOG. Haren cofounded ILOG in 1987. Prior to ILOG, Haren spent four years at France's preeminent IT research institute, INRIA (the French National Institute for Research in Computer Science and Control), where he led a team that produced breakthroughs in expert systems technology.
Haren is a board member of ENPC, the graduate school for civil engineers. He is a founding member of the Académie des Technologies and was awarded the Chevalier de la Légion d'Honneur medal, one of France's highest honors. He is also a member of the International Council of the Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs at Harvard University's Kennedy School of Government, and a member of the Visiting Committee of the Civil Engineering Department of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Haren earned a bachelor's degree in mathematics at L'Ecole Polytechnique, a master's degree in engineering at the Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées and a doctorate in civil engineering at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Richard Liebhaber
Richard Liebhaber has served as an ILOG director since December 2000. From 1995 to 2000 he served on the board of Qwest Communications. From 1985 until 1995 he served as a board member and management committee member at MCI Communications. He is also a director of JDS Uniphase, ECI Telecommunications and Avici Systems.
From 1954 through 1985, Liebhaber worked at IBM, where he served in a number of positions. He earned a BSEE from New York University in 1954.

Stéphane Lizeray
Stéphane Lizeray is an ILOG Director representing employee shareholders since November 2005. He is Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the French employee investment fund ILOG Actionnariat. He joined ILOG in December 2000 as a software architect in the R&D department.
Lizeray earned an engineering degree from Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers in 1999.

Todd Lowe
Todd Lowe has served as an ILOG director since August 1997. He served as ILOG
executive vice president until April 2002. From 1988 until 1997, Lowe was president
of CPLEX Optimization, Inc., which ILOG acquired in 1997.
Lowe is a principal in several privately held companies. He is a registered professional engineer, and formerly held various management positions with Shell Oil and Chemical Company. He holds a chemical engineering degree from the University of California.

Pierre-Michel Peugnet
Business Objects
Pierre-Michel Peugnet has served as an ILOG director since April 2006. He is Vice President of the Planning Business Unit for Business Objects’ EMEA region where he heads the European operations of the division that markets the Business Objects suite of financial applications. He was previously Group Vice President, Corporate Finance, and Corporate Controller for Business Objects, based in San Jose, California.
Peugnet has a Master's Degree in Finance and Economics from Paris Dauphine University and is a Board member of the French American Chamber of Commerce of San Francisco.
